Dianna Thorne, Targeted Accounting’s President, is a CPA, Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of accounting, financial and business management experience in the public sector and in the retail, investment and service industries.
She is an expert in accounting, bookkeeping, forecasts, budgeting, business plans, process redesign, staff development and company start up.
Dianna is a Certified QuickBooks™ Pro Advisor with both Desktop and Online certifications, and has been since the inception of the program.
In addition to her accounting skills, Dianna is an accomplished public speaker who is available to present to association meetings, networking organizations, clubs and groups of entrepreneurs.

Theresa Morley- Senior Consultant
Theresa Morley, CPA, Chartered Accountant, has 25 years experience providing accounting and business advice to small and medium sized clients and not for profits, municipalities and a junior mining company.
Theresa is a Certified QuickBooks™ Pro Advisor and Quickbooks Online Advisor. She is a part time CFO to a number of clients. Prior to working in her own firm and with Targeted Accounting, she worked for nine years in Public Accounting. She started her career in the accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche and was a manager in Cape Town office when she transferred to Toronto in 1986 where she re-qualified.

Roger Kemp, Chartered Accountant
Roger Kemp is an English CA with extensive experience implementing and using numerous computerized accounting systems for many years. He has set up and used QuickBooks in different companies for over 10 years. He has worked in several different industries, which together, have given him a broad perspective of how businesses processes can work most efficiently.
Roger is available to assist with systems implementation and set up, establishing budgets and cash flow forecasts, implementing and / or reviewing costing systems, contributing to business plan development and other cost-effective business improvement consulting.
Tony Maio, CPA, Chartered Accountant
Tony Maio is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience. His experience is in accounting package conversions, cash flow projections, and business start-up consulting. Clients are in industries such as construction and trades, retail, restaurants, consultants, software developers, dentist, real estate holdings, transportation and trucking industry and numerous other family run businesses.
Before starting the practice I articled for 6 years with a medium size Chartered Accounting firm. Graduated from Ryerson University Bachelor of Commerce program, with a major in accounting and minor in finance in June 1999, and obtained Chartered Accounting designation in 2002.
Caroline Brabyn, CPA, Chartered Accountant
Caroline Brabyn is an English and a Canadian CPA, CA with over 25 years of private practice and business experience. Caroline worked for Grant Thornton in the UK before coming to Canada and working for Deloitte. In 1990 she left to set up her own practice providing bookkeeping, accountancy and tax services to individuals, small companies and the not-for-profit sector. During this time Caroline has also worked as group accountant for a family business specializing in research, development and manufacture of sophisticated environmental monitoring equipment.
Sue Husolo, CPA, Chartered Accountant
Sue Husolo has provided business solutions to entrepreneurial and small to mid-sized organizations for twenty-five years. Her experience includes directing accounting and administrative operations in a wide range of industries. Sue has worked extensively in the not-for-profit sector and with clients supported by federal and provincial grant programs, including as the senior financial officer for a Canadian NGO working across the country and internationally. In the private sector, Sue’s clients encompass telecommunications and IT, real estate, medical professional, creative professional and light manufacturing. Sue offers services in full-cycle accounting, systems implementation, financial budgeting and analysis, and staff training. From her base in Ottawa, Sue handles clients in both Ontario and Quebec.
Monica Brown, CPA, Chartered Accountant
Monica Brown is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with over 20 years of experience in private enterprise accounting and financial management. She is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor who has set up and used QuickBooks in several industries including retail, software development, contractor/construction services, service businesses, and not-for-profit. She also has experience with systems implementation and operational management, serving as the CFO to medium-sized private businesses in the retail and manufacturing industries. Prior to acting in these roles, she started her career in the audit department of a major accounting firm in downtown Toronto. Monica enjoys working with clients and helping them streamline their bookkeeping and businesses.
